Our Commitment

We’re dedicated to delivering high-impact audits and conversion-optimized designs. Since our services are custom, time-based, and often begin quickly after booking, we maintain a simple and transparent refund policy.

Refunds for Services

• Free Audits: No payment = no risk.

• Paid Services (Audit or Landing Page Design):

  • If you request cancellation before work has started, we’ll issue a 100% refund within 5 business days.

  • Once we begin any part of your service (research, audit prep, strategy, design setup), refunds are no longer applicable.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to sam@cromize.com with your project name, reason for cancellation, and proof of payment if available.

Disputes

If you’re unsatisfied with a delivery, we strongly recommend contacting us directly. Most issues can be resolved quickly through adjustments, clarifications, or revisions (included in most services).

Legal

Refund terms apply to all direct Cromize clients and projects, and are bound by the terms under our Terms of Service. Cromize is a vertical of Pictonix Productions Pvt Ltd.
