Overview

Cromize (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a service operated under Pictonix Productions Pvt Ltd. By using our website or services, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our site or services.

1. Services

Cromize offers conversion-focused services including ecommerce audit reports and landing page design. Deliverables are clearly scoped on individual service pages and confirmed via email or form submissions.

2. Payment & Refunds

Payments for paid services are due upfront. Refunds are only available if requested before work begins. Once work has started (including audit prep or Figma setup), no refund will be issued. See our Refund Policy for details.

3. Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery timelines are stated on each service page. While we strive to meet deadlines, delays due to incomplete inputs from the client or unexpected workloads may occur.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership of their assets. Cromize maintains the right to showcase non-sensitive designs or audit screenshots in our portfolio unless the client opts out in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide services “as-is” without warranties or guarantees of performance. While our strategies are backed by experience and data, results may vary. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

6. Data & Privacy

Any data shared with us during your project will be treated confidentially. See our Privacy Policy for more.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
