At Cromize, we are committed to providing high-quality Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) services to our clients, and we understand the importance of transparency when it comes to our refund policy.
As a digital agency specializing in CRO, we offer a range of services including website audits, A/B testing, design optimization, and more. We work closely with our clients to ensure that their requirements are met and that the final product meets their expectations.
Refunds for Services
Once work has begun on a project, we do not offer refunds for any of our services. This is because our team invests significant time and resources into the project, and we are unable to recover these costs.
However, if a client wishes to have their money refunded before services have commenced, we will issue a refund within 5 working days. This is applicable only if our team has not yet started working on the project, allowing us to recover our costs.
