At Cromize, we focus on delivering value through expert CRO audits, high-performing landing page designs, and ongoing optimization services. Our services are strategic, time-bound, and often custom to each project, so we maintain a clear and honest refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
Free Services
Free CRO Audits and Consultations: These are completely free—no payment, no commitment required.
Paid Services
This includes CRO Audits, Landing Page Design, Ongoing CRO Services, and Custom Projects:
✅ Before Work Starts
If you cancel before any work has begun, you're eligible for a 100% refund within 5 business days.
❌ After Work Begins
Once we've started any part of the work (research, audit preparation, design planning, A/B test setup, etc.), no refunds will be issued. This covers our time, planning, and partial delivery efforts.
Ongoing Services
- Monthly CRO Services: Can be cancelled with 30 days notice for future billing cycles.
- No refunds for the current month once any deliverables have been provided.
- Work completed in the current billing cycle remains billable even if service is cancelled mid-cycle.
What Constitutes "Work Started"
Work is considered to have started when we begin any of the following activities:
- Initial website analysis and audit preparation
- Research and competitive analysis
- Strategy development and planning
- Design wireframing or mockup creation
- A/B test setup and configuration
- Content creation or copywriting
- Any deliverable preparation or development
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to hello@cromize.com with the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Project details and service purchased
- Reason for cancellation
- Any relevant documentation or correspondence
Response Time: We will respond to refund requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Disputes or Concerns
If you're unhappy with a deliverable or service quality, please reach out to us first. We aim to resolve issues through:
- Additional revisions and improvements
- Clarifications and explanations
- Additional support and guidance
- Service adjustments where possible
We're committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to address concerns before considering refunds.
Exceptions and Special Cases
- Technical Issues: If we cannot deliver services due to technical limitations on our end, a full refund will be provided.
- Service Unavailability: If we cannot provide the agreed service for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
- Fraudulent Charges: Any unauthorized or fraudulent charges will be immediately refunded upon verification.
